This is your last chance to take the SLO Chamber's Technology Survey, designed to determine what challenges face technology companies on the Central Coast.
If you use technology, this 15-minute survey is for you. Please take the time to participate and help support the Central Coast's technology industry.
“Technology-related businesses are vital to the Central Coast’s infrastructure, so we must continuously gauge the technology climate through activities like this survey,” says Dave Garth, SLO Chamber president/CEO. "We're asking everyone from Paso Robles to Santa Maria to participate."
This survey is designed to gather data that will gauge the needs, challenges and attitudes of the technology community on the Central Coast.
This valuable tool will enable the SLO Chamber and other local organizations to
- better understand and provide solutions for the challenges faced by local companies as well as companies eyeing the Central Coast as a possible location
- promote public policy that helps technology companies
This survey is similar to previous surveys published in 2005 and 2008 that have provided valuable information used to
- create elements of the SLO Chamber's Economic Vision for San Luis Obispo
- provide a glimpse at the future of the technology industry on the Central Coast
- enable an important collaboration with Cal Poly, in support of a research park
- support the creation of a technology networking program through Cal Poly
- support an effort to "put out the welcome mat" to technology companies
If you have already taken this survey, please feel free to forward this email to your friends and neighbors.
Thank you!
