We need your input: take a compensation and benefits survey
Dear Chamber Member,
Don't forget to take the2009 Compensation and Benefits Survey! The Chamber has teamed up this year with the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast on their bi-annual survey in order to get the most comprehensive understanding of our business community.
The time commitment in filling out this survey is significant—it will probably take you or your HR person more than a half hour to complete. But the benefits are also significant. More respondents will significantly increase the accuracy and usefulness of the results. And anyone taking the survey is entitled to a free copy of the survey results booklet. The data generated should be invaluable to you and your company.
The information received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be separated from the company name as soon as it’s received. We most strongly recommend your participation in this survey.
