Thank you for registering for the 2011 Green Awards. Our meal for the luncheon will be Braised Short Ribs with Yukon Gold Garlic Mashed Potatoes served with assorted vegetables. We do have a vegetarian option available, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, however the vegetarian option must be ordered by Monday, Nov. 7th. Please let me know if you would like to order the vegetarian option by emailing me at lindsey@slochamber.org. If you have a table please specify the number of vegetarian meals at the table.
