A glimpse at the candidates
Do you know who you’re voting for in the fall? Although the election season will be full of mayoral candidates’ forums, including one co-hosted by the Chamber, many business leaders may not be able to attend. So, the 2010 mayoral candidates will have the opportunity to speak with the business community at this special Good Morning San Luis Obispo program. The candidates are former Councilman Paul Brown, nonprofit volunteer Andrew Farrell, artisan Donald Hedrick and Councilwoman Jan Howell Marx.

A little Latin flavor before work
The San Luis Obispo Symphony is going south of the border with a Latin-themed Pops by the Sea concert this year, so get ready for some "sizzling salsa sounds" at Good Morning SLO. “Pops a la Playa,” the SLO Symphony’s annual concert extravaganza, will take Avila Beach by storm on Labor Day weekend. Duane Inglish on accordion and Paul Severtson on violin will perform some of the same Latin music we can look forward to at Pops. |
