Billed every month, the City’s monthly charge is:
Every Customer:
$7.01 base charge per account +$7.73 per unit = Monthly Amount
*Consumption is monitored in Dec, Jan, and Feb. to establish sewer cap.

Current Water Supply
The City of San Luis Obispo has adopted a multi-source water supply strategy and obtains water from five sources: Nacimiento Reservoir, Recycled water, Salinas Reservoir (Santa Margarita Lake), Whale Rock Reservoir and ground water.  Currently, the city is pursuing three water supply options to meet current and future water needs.  Recreational opportunities are available at the two reservoirs.
